The Mail Tool allows you to automate the delivery of up-to-date, user-specific content to recipients inside or outside of your Tableau Server user base. Attach dashboards as images, PDF files and raw data as CSV, or embed them as PNG directly into your newsletter.
The Toolbox is available via a web interface, protected by a login screen. You can configure any number of users, and everyone can only see and change their own settings. The Mail Tool is installed on the same system as your Tableau server or on a separate computer. The interface will be available on your network using a web browser.
