Tasks
 

  • Driving, implementing and continuously developing the sales strategy 
  • Management, coaching and further development of sales managers 
  • Responsibility for achieving and developing M2's turnover
  • Maintaining relationships with existing customers and identifying opportunities to increase sales through upselling and cross-selling
  • Budget planning and responsibility for the sales and marketing area of M2

 

Profile
 

  • University degree in business administration, marketing or a related field or many years of experience in sales
  • Extensive sales experience (5+ years) in service companies, ideally in a consulting environment (e.g. management consulting or IT consulting)
  • Sound knowledge of the partner business of software sales or similar (e.g. AWS, Snowflake, Tableau)
  • Very good language skills in German and English
  • Experience in the use of Salesforce
  • fluent in German
