Data analytics for passenger train stations

DB Station & Service AG, a subsidiary of Deutsche Bahn AG, operates, maintains and manages the approximately 5,400 stations and stops in the DB Netz AG rail network. As part of the Digital Analytics Passenger Stations project, escalators and elevators are equipped with sensors to diagnose system problems at an early stage and react to failures. The sensor data is evaluated using Tableau.
