Working Student - Recruiting & People Management (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Recruiting: Supervision of the entire application process from the creation of the job advertisement, talent search, processing of incoming applications, initial interviews with candidates to the creation of contract offers and maintenance of the talent pool.
• Onboarding: Coordination of the entire onboarding process for our new hires, including the creation of onboarding plans and support for our internationals to ensure a good start in Germany.

Profile 

• Studies in the field of Economics, Business Administration or similar
• Very good communication skills in German and English
• Very good MS Office skills
• Enjoy working with people in combination with a high level of communication skills and empathy
• High level of initiative and structured work
• First relevant work experience in HR or recruiting is an advantage
