Tasks

• Coordinate, plan, manage and document projects and their resources.
• Assuming a role model, coach and support role within the project team and beyond
• Professional expectation management and scope management throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaboration and expansion of the Project Management Office
• Responsibility for accurate and meaningful effort estimates
• Participation in proposal processes and presales activities

Profile

• Experience in the field of project management
• Ideally proof of project management certifications (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, etc.)
• Knowledge and high interest in modern business intelligence solutions, data science and cloud architectures, such as Tableau Software or Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Creative power and the ability to delegate tasks in the interest of project success
• Experience in non-disciplinary leadership and promotion of employees in the project team
• High customer and result orientation
• Fluency in written and spoken German and English
