This position can be up to 100% home office based.



  • Proactively contribute to the continuous improvement of M2 processes in the area of enablement
  • Context marketing for the enablement area
  • Project-related research as well as collection and filing of accruing data and documents
  • Creation, organization and updating of training documents
  • Issue of certificates
  • Maintenance of organizational documents
  • Creation of documentation
  • Coordination of trainings
  • Coordination of meetings with internal and external business partners as well as their preparation and follow-up




  • Enrolled student in the field of economics, industrial engineering, business informatics or similar
  • Structured, independent and well-organized way of working
  • Confident handling of MS Office
  • First knowledge in SQL, Tableau, Python or similar software or programming language
  • Affinity for data
  • High service and goal orientation
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills in German and English
